How long will it take for my lighting fixtures to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Custom or oversized orders may require additional processing time of 2-3 weeks.
What is your return policy for damaged or defective items?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos to receive a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost.
Are light bulbs included with the fixtures?
Most of our fixtures do not include bulbs unless specified in the product description. We recommend checking the 'Specifications' section for the required base type and wattage.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we do not provide direct installation, all products come with detailed assembly guides. We strongly recommend hiring a licensed electrician for all hardwired ceiling and wall fixtures.
Can I use LED bulbs with your vintage-style lamps?
Yes, our fixtures are compatible with LED bulbs as long as the bulb base matches the socket and the wattage does not exceed the fixture's maximum rating.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Light House ships to the United States and Canada. Please note that international customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred.
